How to access BDT 2

Logging in to bdt 2 is quick and secure. You can access your account in just a few seconds. We offer two login methods — password and OTP.

Password login is the fastest method — just enter your mobile number or username along with your password to get in instantly. If you've forgotten your password or prefer a more secure option, use OTP login instead.

Password not working?

Caps Lock being on accidentally is a common cause of password errors. Click the show password button to confirm what you've typed is correct. If the problem persists, click the "Forgot Password?" link.

Not receiving the OTP?

OTPs may be delayed due to network congestion. Wait 5 minutes, then use the "Resend" button if it still hasn't arrived. If the issue continues, contact us at support@bdt2.ws.

Account locked?

Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes. This is a security measure to protect you. Your account will unlock automatically after 30 minutes.

Tips for a secure login

  • Use a strong password: Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters in your password.
  • Never share your password: No BDT 2 staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP.
  • Be careful on public devices: If you log in from a café or shared device, make sure to log out when you're done.
  • Change your password regularly: Changing your password every 3 months keeps your account more secure.
  • Never share your OTP with anyone: An OTP is a one-time code — keep it to yourself.
Watch out for phishing

If anyone claiming to be a BDT 2 representative asks for your login credentials, it is definitely a scam. The real BDT 2 will never ask for your password. If you notice anything suspicious, please contact us immediately.

What to do if you can't log in?

Many members are unable to log in after changing their mobile number. If OTP verification doesn't work in this case, contact our support team directly. Once your identity is verified, we'll help you recover access to your account.
